      I honestly can't say. I personally would probably pick cotto. Despite this debate I think cotto is a great fighter. He will be missed when he retires.

                "Prime" Cotto still loses to Mayweather. Mayweather hasnt been at welterweight his whole career, there are opponents hes faced who have had a better skill set in the respective weight classes than Cotta had in him. So, yes...
