But I guess it's part of boxing for the seasoned veteran to be a gatekeeper for the new rising stars.
That is part of boxing bro.If they wanna stay in the game,There bound to
fight the up and comers. Its nothing new.We got marquez going thru it,
hopkins going thru it,chavez went thru it,delahoya and the list goes on.

I can see it now, Mosely vs. Alvarez to boost up Alvarez's stock and marketability. Mosely will again take this loss to earn those extra millions that he needs...

      Quote me on this now..

CHILD PLEASE!! as Chad Ochocinco would say please do put this kid in their with Shane and watch how he goes from a rising star into would have been in less then 6 rounds. He seen that Mora fight and thinks Shane is right for the picking but Shane will murder this dude EASY!

Because Alvarez was like 10 years old when Shane was in his prime. Duh..

Hmm mosleys prime was in like 1999/2000

That makes Saul about 9 years old, and I don't know about you but I don't think he was ready for Mosley at that age

Jose is riding on hype and his judgement is been impaired by the deap wish of having another Gran Campeon Mejicano. He's really riding high on Alvarez.
I hope Canelo's managers and promoters know better. The kid has a bright future is He stops listening to Sulaiman.

personally i think this fight is so predictable. this fight is going to end up being Alvarez big breakout to the top. Mosley is GBP like Alvarez is.i sure as hell do not believe Mosley is going to beat up there next money maker for GBP.

If there is a more self serving, arrogant waste of skin in boxing than Bob Arum, it's Sulaiman. It's disgusting how the head of a world org. Is such a biased unapologetic prick.

same reason manny fights guys on their way out also to bolster the record and make easy money. 2 or 3 fights sounds about right alvarez isnt margarito, he isnt gonna go in there and brawl, he has more power than margs and definitley hits hard enuff to keep mosley away, sergio mora who cant break a potatoe chip for chrissakes made mosley look like crap, why wouldnt a ko puncher thats has sound boxing skills, cuz yall hate him?? and hes a kid? thats not enuff. u guys go way overboard on the hype job bs the guys that are trully hyped u dont say a thing the guys that deserve the hype u cry foul. canelo is just a kid but mosley looks like crap , he still has his power but it wont be enuff, he cant handle guys with a good jab or boxing skills and even worse with a good punch mosley aint all that canelo beasts him soundly.2 or 3 fights would be perfect, now jr would be a different story as he elects to brawl too often.
