Boxing vs MMA in a street fight : Now we have a clear answer
Collapse
-
- Hatton got ktfo by a punch by a bodybuilder (no mma) while he was drunk
- Huerta dropped some non boxer fatass, who punched a chick in the back of the head, with punches and a face stomp
neither are applicable in a mma/boxing debate
both guys used punches, boxing, to win their fights
at least try to put forth more effort when trolling please.Last edited by Mikhnienko; 09-23-2010, 05:59 PM.Comment

Well being MMA a combination of styles, and since I don't know which particular style this Roger guy used, it might have been boxing after all.
The big guy is lying on the street. Roger might have landed a hook, a straight, as in boxing technique. Who knows.Comment

A boxer can do very very well against a Mixed Martial Artists as long as they A. have a ground game and B. have an offensive base other than just throwing punches.
The only thing the Tony fight proved is you cant walk into the UFC knowing just one discipline and think you can dominate and this doesn't just apply to boxing it applies to every fighting style. Unfortunatley Boxing fans and most boxers are to ****** to realize this. You have to be an all around fighter to succeed in the UFC.Comment

And this is the truth. A street fight occurs when no one is armed or the people armed don't want to use the weapons.
Don't go "street fighting" unless you wanna get killed.Comment
