Taking his license is one thing, that belongs to them. Taking his money is another, Ricky almost got killed making that money. If he wants to piss it off, it's a shame, but it's his business. No suit wearing fat cats suffered in any way for that money, not one drop of blood, but somehow, now they feel entitled to pick his pocket.
