gbp has the advantage with respect to the numbers in that much of what they are alleging can be verified (or disproved) via simple audits.

• the purses are public information provided to state agencies.
  
• the endorsements were done with large companies who retained contracts and those contracts can be audited and the agreeing parties can be deposed.
  
• the gate revenues are state-monitored public information.
  
• the travel expenses can be audited and receipts would be provided

exactly, and TR denying GBP access to those accountings made it believable, TR is trying to steer this back to the mediator essentially making this a civil matter and keeping the confidentiality, but GBP must be into something, you cant take it to a federal court under the RICO act if this indeed has no merits, everybody can file a lawsuit a civil one and a federal one, but once its there the judge can dismiss it if it lack merits, the kind of attorneys GBP has wouldnt file it if they know it will get thrown out of court as frivolous..

this is gonna get very interesting, i think arum is guilty of making up numbers to swindle oscar, the big question if is manny knew and played along..

another big point is that if oscar wins he will get awarded 3 times what he was swindled of but also he will ask for punitive damages, extra money.. thats the money aspect of this, but once TR is found guilty the feds can also punish him for racketeering is a crime and it could get you jail time...

Great job Gino. I personally think Bob lied about the numbers. I don't think Manny is as profitable as TR reports. I still remember it taking a long time to tally up the Pac/Clottey numbers which to me was Bob manipulating the numbers but now he is being taken in his own craftiness. I don't think Manny is a match for Bob Arum so I believe Manny is just getting f**ked with no lubricant. I could be wrong but I also know Bob is a master BSer. All they have to do is audit Manny then they will see that Manny probably only made 7.5 for Cotto instead of the 22.5 reported.
