I was expecting a more tougher fighters..
raheem, campbell are just WAAAY.. out of league.
They can tag-fight Manny to make it even.

Mosley was a good choice, but the possiblities were never there.
Mayweather is a good fighter aswell, but he prefer women to fight.
Bradley is a good choice, I hope it happens, he'll retire him i believe.

I'm telling you man, Raheem? Pac has the speed and footwork to catch him and stop him within 5. Campbell? He'd start seeing spots at the end of the first minute.

With that said, I would not mind seeing it, but there were better, more accomplished opponents out there than those two. As you know though, those names are thrown in the mix to make it appear that Manny is afraid of Black americans.

Margo beat them as well,he would submit lil Bradley like a hoe and **** him.
The Cotto who beat Foreman beat them as well.

When Pac was 135,he just moved up to fight DLH,he didn't duck Campbum and Casa.
Then he fought Fatton=money and lineal title at 140,then Cotto.

Pacquiao goes for the big fights,Cotto,Margo,Hatton and DLH are bigger names than the guys you named.
You can make a case for Diaz but dude was WBC champ,not the bum of the month.It was Manny's first fight at 135.

Top Rank, Roach, Pacquiao collectively ducked him, plain and simple. Guzman never got a shot to fight someone on Morales', Marquez', Barrera's, Pacquiao's level, but if he did, he'd have been a much better challenge than Jorge Solis, past prime Barrera, or David Diaz.

the testing the waters excuse is that he never fought at 135 before and wouldnt carry the weight well. pac knew and his team knew that wasnt the case though, they know his body. and the way hes performed over 135 ever since, not being able to make the weight that excuse has been proven to have no grounds.

ofcourse u will defend pac, but the fact is he didnt fight them. he ducked them. thats just a fact, floyd doing the same has nothing to do with this subject. im a boxing fan, not a fan of a single fighter who happens to be popular at the moment and makiing e-wars with other fake fans.

pac doesnt fight the best, some are washed up, others are just garbage like diaz. diaz isnt as good as casamayor or campbell, simple as that. he took a easier route. DUCKING! there is no way around it.

if zahir raheem is the definition of a slick black american fighter then it's a shame for people to bring up that "slick" thing like it's something big.
i don't consider that phony as slick. he sure likes to move a lot and use the ring and tries to be fancy with his footwork but his style is more of superficial. he's not smooth and clever that's why when he's confronted with even a not so skilled fighter he folded. his career crashed even before he could take off and has faded to obscurity.

and to make things worse many of the black fighters you guys are listed are NOT even "Slick" and the Thread starter was basically trying to start some **** anyway but starting this Thread, you could have just asked which Black fighter did Manny duck instead of making it about "Black Slick Fighters" in general

and clearly many of you have been watching boxing very long because...YES...Manny did duck Raheem (not saying he did it on purpose, it could have been his promoters that avoided that fight for him)...why? because instead of fighting Raheem after Raheem DESTROYED Morales, Pacman still went on to fight Morales again even after Raheem already beat him, it is currently like the Mosley situation, he and his trainer turned down Mosley...but yet they are fighting the guy that Mosley destroyed...it is the EXACT SAME Scenario if you really look at it
