zahir raheem (2005), joel casamayor and nate campbell (2008), shane mosley (last couple of years), berto, bradley, williams and martinez (presently).

thats of the top of my head though.

as for the present fighters, u gotta say hes ducking all the best in the divisions when hes moving up and down looking for the easiest possible fights. clottey and cotto at WW, now margarito at jr.MW

hes avoiding any threat and took easy fights so all the best should be included.

raheem, casamyor and campbell were all blatantly ducked. there are more fighters from back then who could be included but i chose the ones that couldnt be overlooked.

I was expecting a more tougher fighters..
raheem, campbell are just WAAAY.. out of league.
They can tag-fight Manny to make it even.

Mosley was a good choice, but the possiblities were never there.
Mayweather is a good fighter aswell, but he prefer women to fight.
Bradley is a good choice, I hope it happens, he'll retire him i believe.

he fougth david ****ing diaz instead of campbell. campbell was #1 or two at LW at the time, him an casamayor. both wanted pac, pacquiao fought david diaz then moved up in weight. thats a blatant duck.

in 2005 pacquiao wasnt out of raheems league. he was out of morales' league, raheem beat morales easily. he deserved a crack at manny, and back then i think he wouldve beaten him rather eaily.

there was plenty of oportunities to fight mosley, how about when he fought clottey? mosleys fight with berto had been called of, he and floyd hadnt talked yet. he wanted floyd or manny, manny made a deal with clottey instantly without even thinking about shane. couldve fought pwill too, but no. he went for the easy fight.

Clottey beat Bradley,Alexander,Campbell,Casa...

Margo beat them as well,he would submit lil Bradley like a hoe and **** him.
The Cotto who beat Foreman beat them as well.

When Pac was 135,he just moved up to fight DLH,he didn't duck Campbum and Casa.
Then he fought Fatton=money and lineal title at 140,then Cotto.

Pacquiao goes for the big fights,Cotto,Margo,Hatton and DLH are bigger names than the guys you named.
You can make a case for Diaz but dude was WBC champ,not the bum of the month.It was Manny's first fight at 135.
