BoxingScene.com was advised that Vivian Harris' purse for Saturday's bout with Victor Ortiz was withheld due a court order issued in the state of California. Apparently Harris owes close to $100,000 to his former promoter Main Events. Pursuant to the order, a levy was placed on Harris' purse to partially-satisfy the outstanding debt. Harris reportedly made $50,000 for the fight. Ortiz dropped Harris four times before the bout was waved off in the third round.

my first experience with vivian was at the press conference for gatti fight and he came in yelling at mayweather. harris thought he was a big shot and he overlook maussa who ko him.

That **** is not ****ing cool.!! so its ok for a fighter to put his life on the line to entertain and to provide for his family, only for some meat peddling promoter can take their money from them.. !?!?! what about the man's kids and wife ?!? the way vivan looked last night he more than like was not even in shape for the fight , and just took the fight because he needed the money.. This is why boxing is going down the tubes.. because of **** like this..!!!
