They have to impose stiffer penalties when boxers come in ow. At this point it's in Moras best interest to simply not lose the weight (in such a short time) the day before the fight and simply accept current penalties

If he doesn't make the contracted weight then he deserves criticism. However GBP shouldn't have signed him to fight at 154 when he already publicly stated in the past that he couldn't get down there anymore.

I agree. 154 would have been too draining as was seen in the past for him. At 157, I'm not sure but I imagine he isn't drained.
Moras size and inactivity really are to blame, hes a big JM. I really expected him to come in prepared the way he was talking up to the fight, damn. Well the fight gets more interesting, he more than likely will come in close to 170 so hes got the size as is but how much did the work to cut the weight take out of him.
