Mora shouldn't have been overweight but he's only hurt himself. Aside from the financial penalty, he's probably very drained/dehydrated right now, and has less time to get his body back to full strength than he would've done if he had gotten it right at the first weigh in.

He should've been within the limit in the first time. Its his fault for coming overweight. Other fighters would rather pay a fine than drain their body just to make the weight again because you're still going to have to pay the fine no matter what unless the other fighter rejects the money like Canelo.
