This ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^People with money in the U.S aren't subject to the same level of justice the rest of us are. Mayweather will pay some fines, publicly apologize and that will be that.
Worse comes to worse he will be put on some sort of probation for a few months and thats it.
When you are rich, the laws don't apply to you.

The Main Event: ASSESORY to ATTEMPTED MURDER.....OUCH!!!robbery???wtf???that is by far the most serious crime he is charged with. this prosecutor isnt playing, he's really going after floyd. that, my friends is called throwing in the kitchen sink.
floyd is gonna need a really good lawyere for this one, the chances of him serving time have exponentially increased.Last edited by jbpanama; 09-16-2010, 06:44 PM.Comment

majority of people who are rich used their brains to earn their millions....they obviously made less dumb decisions than 95% of the population
athletes like Floyd are bound to lose money as they did not earned them using their brains but by their heads being wacked repeatedly....Comment

thats what the media does, sensationalize ****. hes not getting anywhere near 30 years, thats not even reasonable. The LA Times is saying that the charges carry a maximum of 30 YEARS, that seems a bit extreme to me for the crimes committed. I know he won't get anything remotely close to 30 if convicted, but he might see a year-3 if convicted especially since he has priors.
This idiot could be looking forward to a $50-$60 million pay day right now, he probably would've been getting ready to run or train instead of climbing into his son bathroom window to beat his ex-girlfriend if he had grown some nuts over the summer. Instead, he's looking at 30 years (max).
