And it sucks that things are this way for folks with money. They are human like the rest of us and make dumber decisions than "normal" people too.

It doesn't suck that things are that way for those with money but what sucks is that there is no justice for those without money. What he's charged with is a bunch of trumped up charges that won't even stick. To charge the guy with 8 counts is ridiculous. if he did beat her and had taken her cell, that equals 1 count of domestic violence and 1 count of grand Larceny.
