I have stated in other threads that he will not spend another min behind bars on these charges,i know people here in vegas who have domestic violence charges and they have to go to classes and pay fines,as for the theft of her phone that will be dropped to petty theft or just completely dropped, mayweather has a lot of money and in the court room that means everything.

dude, relax. these kinda domestic incidents are very commonplace and u dont see a bunch of other stars going to jail for 2 yrs rite? thats not realitic unless the prosecutor really doesnt like floyd and the judge is a complete *******. more than likely he probably wont serve any jail time. i mean sure, he hit his chick but he did not seriously injure her. that does count for a lot u know, lets not make it seem what its not.

You guys don't seem to be getting just how ****ED floyd is.

He'll probably go to Jail for AT LEAST 2 years. When he comes out he will have not boxed.... OR TRAINED... in over 2 years. He will be getting close to 36 years old.

He WONT be the same fighter.

The severity of these charges is pretty harsh.

COULD he settle out of court? Yea. But more likely then not, Mayweather is spending some time in jail, effectively ending his career.

On top of that, Mayweather-Pacquiao, a fight that SHOULD have happened over a year ago, will NEVER happen.

Thank Mayweather for all the "BOXING IS DEAD" talk we'll have to put up with for the next few years.
