Gamboa's fine. Salido was never a threat in the fight. Gamboa took him serious (hands high) for two rounds then figured he can get away with whatever he wanted. Only reason it took so long to knock him out/down was cus Salido has a monster chin.

Gamboa is head and shoulders above everyone at 126.

I don't see it how most of you see it, I believe he has the technique and defense needed but he just gets soo bored that he just wants to have fun. He seems bored in the ring. Sure it can be called a lack of discipline but it's not a lack of defense. I'm not saying he has this hidden defensive power I'm just saying he gets bored in the ring so he just does what he wants. It's not that he lacks the skill or technique, it's obviously just boredom. In my eyes anyway. My statement, my opinion, won't be changed.

That's how I see it too.

And wtf with Kellerman comparing him to Pacquiao? Nothing alike at all. They'll never be alike and honestly, I don't want him to be.

I can see where one would make that comparison but Gamboa has his own style. People just look and say speed/punches in bunches and automatically make comparisons to pacquiao. They're different fighters and have different styles. You see it in their subtleties. Butlike I said before he's just bored. I believe that once he faces competition of his caliber he will take it seriously and be on point in all aspects. I mean do u have to take a hammer to an ant? Sure he couldve possibly disposed of him earlier or taken the fight more seriously in terms of discipline but it was clearly evident that he could do whatever he wanted and was bored, some say comfortable I say boredom. My statement, my opinion, won't be changed.
