        Cotto-Branco in co-feature!

July 30, 2005 - Heavyweights Wladimir Klitschko and Samuel Peter will slug it out in a twelve round eliminator for the IBF's #1 ranking on September 24. As **********.com first reported, when Vitali Klitschko-Calvin Brock fell through, Miguel Cotto-Gianluca Branco was elevated to main event status, however, with Klitschko and Peter coming to terms, (thanks to HBO throwing some serious money in the pot...perhaps now they could do the same to help make Byrd-Toney as well) Cotto will now defend his WBO title in the televised co-feature. Arturo Gatti's second home, The Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City, New Jersey will host the festivities. (10:41 AM ET) "

I thought he was just fat too when I first saw him fight but when I looked closer his belly is solid. I mean he doesn't have a six pack or any thing but it certainly isn't fat flab... And he isn't the second coming of Mike Tyson, Sam has his own style. He just looks sloppy because he is so wide it looks awkward. But I bet Wlad won't think his skills are too limited in the ring.... Haha by the way what is Wlad the next Gerry Cooney?

no because Wlad already got KO'd 3 times and isn't nearly as famous as Cooney was in America...

If Wlad isn't as famous as Cooney in his heyday he's pretty damn close. There are a lot of people on this site that cheer him on no matter how many times he's been KO'd... Which in reality is only twice... It'll be three once Sam Peter gets in the ring with him.
