IMO Floyd does because its not easy to beat an undefeated fighter who doesnt know how to lose at the professional rank. After Floyd beat him Hatton had already knew what it was like to lose and it wouldnt be as hard to get him back to that point, even though he lost by brutal ko to Pac.
