I don't think Vitali looked all that bad or "faded" in the Sosnowski fight. :conf2:

Briggs can definetly crack and is a pretty tough dude but I think it will take more than one big shot to get Vitali and I don't think he has the endurence to launch the sustained attack that it would take to make Vitali say screw it is not worth it.

If Vitali gets cute while beating up Briggs who knows though Briggs hits hard enough to hurt any man.

I looked at some of Briggs last fights, he's oppenents wasn't much but he looked good. Fast, sharp and powerful. I think the first few rounds could be very good competive fight.
Briggs does have the most 1 round KO's in boxing history, while offcourse Vitali has the highest KO % percentage in history.. Didn't like the fight at first but Vitali hasnt hasnt many to choose from that he already beat or dont want to fight hi. And by the way Vitali has declined alot, the power, foot/hand speed and movement/reflexes

Quite frankly, I think he looked great. And that KO was highlight reel material. What was "faded" about that?

It all depends what Briggs has left.

He looked good in his past couple of fights with the fast KOs, but the opponents were not very good and his stamina is a question mark.

Vitali has declined. People who don't think so should download and watch his old fights. The Vitali of a decade ago would have taken out someone like Sosnowski in a couple of rounds.

Of course Vitali is still very good, mainly because of his excellent physical conditioning and his high ring intelligence. But he clearly HAS aged, as would be expected for a man nearly age 40.

I still expect Vitali will win. But I think this is a very dangerous fight for him, especially in the first three rounds or so.
