Martinez is the champion at 160. I think Miguel has done enough in his career to not be forced to move up ANOTHER weight class. The grasshopper can come get some though. Miguel has always fought the best, if they truly want it, it isn't hard to get a fight with him.

Arum isnt interested at this stage of cotto's career, He has an opponent for him in within Top rank, Cotto would only fight someone outside of Top rank if Arum doesnt have anymore fighters in his stable for him.
