we can do a nsb & history section poll on this.
Who cares about a poll thats opinions and fan biasness, Ive never been a fan of Roy. But give me Pac's best wins and Ill give you Roy's and we can go from there.

True. But he did still win them. I'm a big believer in winning counting for something. I think floyd is better but Manny deserved the award in my mind. And it really wasn't close.

the award shoudl have gone to floyd.

when it comes to manny, people expect him to underachieve while they expect floyd to overacheieve.

again, its not his fault that floyd is great. dude was considered an ATG well before pac.

dude was P4P ranked well before pac was a glit in most peoples eyes.

but the people who award that **** pac will look like fools after floyd beats the brakes off pac

Roy fought ruiz at his natural weight and you compare that equally to manny fighting cotto at 145? That seems a bit unfair. Roy didn't ask ruiz to come down at all.

IMO you cant just look at who each fighter beat, that isnt enough, what were the circumstances such as weight and was that fighter supposed to win going in, Manny IMO would help himself more if he beat Cotto @147, he could have, if he beats Marg @ 150, he should have done it at 154, he can so I think Manny's best win is still the 1st Barrera fight and perhaps some of his fights at 126 and lower. Clottey is a good win even thought Clottey didnt do anything.

There is no comparison for Roy beating Ruiz is better than Pac over Cotto.

I can't believe there are really posters who are truly debating that Pac is the most overrated fighter of this era.

                      Just ridiculous.

Honestly think about ALL the fighters who fought in this era and how they get rated.
