Well my opinion is based on first hand observation. Mayweather may have bigger numbers but from what I've seen it seems that Pacquiao is the true king.

most of Pacquiao's fans are obviously in the Phillipines, and they dont have PPV. Pacquiao's 'PPV numbers' are simply his American audience.

Pacquiao doesn't have as much haters as Mayweather have. In a Floyd fight three quarters of the audience want to see him get KTFO.

Don't take my word for it. Just watch his last fight with Mosley. Almost everyone is jumping excitedly when they see him about to go down after a huge right from SM.

2. Pacfans in the US (even from across the globe if they have the moolah) flock to wherever he has a fight rather than order PPV, they wanna see him in the flesh.

3. Pacfans are poor and have no money to pay PPV (just like me) lol
