If they had PPV for his fights in the Philippines, he'd routinely have buys in the 3-5 million range probably.

not necessarily. Mgm was giving away free mayweather-marquez tickets with a buffet purchase.

I watched Pac/Hatton at some guy's backyard and he probably had over 100 people there.

They treat Pac's fights like events. You should try going to a Filipino's house during a Pac fight, they usually have a LOT of food there. Filipinos are usually thrifty. Why buy a $55-60 fight when you can just bring a pizza or some other dish and drive to a friend's house?

I ordered the Hatton fight there were about 15 of us watching. I went to another friends house for the Clottey fight.....there were about 20+ of us. The only Pac fight that I ordered that had less than 10 was the Cotto fight.....there were only 6 of us. But every one of them had great food served.

You really think this fight will sell more than Cotto vs. Poochiao?

I think they sell 750K-1M and get 75K people to show up to the fight. One of the big reasons why more Pac fans show up to the fights is because the tickets are cheaper than a Mayweather fight. You can take a family of 4 to a fight compare to one ticket at a Mayweather fight.

Pinoys don't buy PPVs, lol. How come their other stars don't sell **** if Pinoys buy PPVs? Why did Pac have to fight washed up Mexican legends in his career to make a name for himself and be able to sell?

Giving them away doesn't mean they are not more exspensive it means they didn't sell.
That said floyds live gate was more than manny's and manny had 3 times a smany pople.
Bob gave away staggering numbers of tix to manny/marg.

You can buy $50-100 tickets to a Pacquiao fight.

$50 will get you a ticket to a closed circuit room for a Mayweather fight with no beer.
