Is it fair to say JMM is a bum above 140bs?

I rewatched the Floyd fight, and I think he's just as fast or slow as he's always been. it seemed like a bad style matchup to me. I doubt it would have made a difference if they fought a few lbs lighter. He just couldnt get off...it happens. Is it fair?

he had one fight above 135. had to go up two weight classes to a catchweight floyd didn't even make.

believe it or not, going up in weight is not easy as pacquiao makes it out to be.

No bum, the intelligence and skill set of JMM would never make him a bum.

Nobody is claiming he is a bum.

He just doesn't belong above 135. People can say it was a stylistically match up, or that Floyd didn't fight like the bigger guy, or whatever that is all fine and dandy. However, JMM was slower, didn't have his puncher power, didn't have his legs, and flat out just didn't belong there. And, I doubt he could beat any top 20 WW. I don't even think he belongs at140. 135 that is his limit not anything higher. And, if he does fight higher than 135 he would not be the same old JMM.

he's a career featherweight who had two fights at lightweight and was made to go up to welterweight.

so he had 3 fights above super featherweight and your'e rating him based on one fight that he didn't win a round against?

JMM just weighed in at 133.5 for his last Lightweight fight.

You tell me what division he belongs in. Dude ain't even touching or pushing the LW limit.
