What I don't understand is if they are so certain all the time that Mayweather, why sign to fight other guys why not put pressure on Floyd have publicly stated negotiations so that everyone knows that the fight is truthfully being negotiated and put him in a position that he can't say no to.

All that is happening is Roach et al try to turn it to make it look like Floyd is scared with no true proof and Floyds side go on about drug testing etc
