Freddie Roach doesn't see a Manny Pacquiao vs. Floyd Mayweather Jr. fight ever taking place. Negotiations have been falling apart since they started last year. Twice Pacquiao has been forced to accept bouts against substitute opponents like Joshua Clottey and Antonio Margarito. When BoxingScene.com's Jose Aguirre spoke with Roach, he asked the trainer of Pacquiao if he believes a fight with Mayweather will happen in the future, and Roach replied with one word - "no."

Well duh, that one guy likes holding onto his 0. Thats why he never fought the best at 147. People were making front of him for choosing a midget in Marquez*before the contract was signed, and people made front of him for fighting Mosley *before the contract was signed because of his age. People made front of him when he ducked the whole 147 division when Cotto, Margarito, and Williams were all on top.

I'm never reading anything from Roach again. This guy has become an absolute joke. He's claiming that Floyd ducked Margarito now that Pacquiao is fighting him. People need to remember that Margarito vs Mosley was to determine the best welterweight. Mosley won. Floyd fought the winner and won. Pacquiao is fighting the loser at a catchweight for a vacant belt.

manny from what i can see agreed to the old demand of 14 cut off date. mayweather claimed when talks fell through the first time "14 cut off date is now off the table" both fighters must now take the full drug test (most people thought mayweather was chatting crap out of anger in the heat of the moment but it seems that it was serious) like i said. when ever you start to battle over cut off dates it's not gonna end well.....
