manny from what i can see agreed to the old demand of 14 cut off date. mayweather claimed when talks fell through the first time "14 cut off date is now off the table" both fighters must now take the full drug test (most people thought mayweather was chatting crap out of anger in the heat of the moment but it seems that it was serious) like i said. when ever you start to battle over cut off dates it's not gonna end well.....

People need to remember that Margarito vs Mosley was to determine the best welterweight. Mosley won. Floyd fought the winner and won. Pacquiao is fighting the loser at a catchweight for a vacant belt.

Hmmm show me where pac agreed to full random drug testing up in till the fight with no cut off dates? other wise if pacs camp still wants to know when their being tested and what day the testing will stop theres no reason to negotiate. this is what's really putting a stop to the fight. (thats not even a real drug test) thats why mayweather on u stream claimed he'll fight pac when pac "gets off the power pelits"
