Dirrell and Ward are a disgrace!!!!

I'm not going to judge either fighter until more light has been spread on the situation. But the signs have always been there that Ward's team wanted every advantage possible going into both of his fights. If Ward and Dirrell aren't willing to face each other then the guilty party should be sued for breach of contract and permanently blacklisted from Showtime boxing events. While HBO would have no problem picking up Ward and/or Dirrell, I can't see them getting big fights any time soon, and they would lose all of their negotiation power without the Super Six tournament winners medal.
I'm not too bothered if the fight falls through anyway. Ward and Dirrell isn't a fight I was excited about seeing. One fighter holding and headbutting, while the other runs in the opposite direction isn't worth staying up till 5 in the morning for. The real entertainment will come in the form of Froch vs Abraham. Both fighters have balls, and aren't afraid of anybody. If the Ward - Dirrell fight doesn't go through, Froch or Abraham will be worthy winners of The Super Six and will deserve big paydays against Pascal, Bute, and Dawson.Comment

That they are looking for a way out has been obvious for quite some time since nothing has been agreed upon.
Let's face it: It's a disgrace if they do not fight. They have known it from the get-go. I hope Showtime is able to slap them with a monumental fine if they pull out.Comment
