Let me ask you, how do you feel about someone using the word ****** as part of their vocabulary, you know, like "N*gga"? Coz I live by a black neighborhood and went to a black/hispanic highschool, and "N*gga" was always part of our slang. Yeah, I'm a Filipino and I used to say "N*gga" along with my black/hispanic friends back then, but that was years ago.

But just few weeks ago I see two black kids around age 8-9 using "N*gga" as part of their vocabulary.

Point is, you can't ignore the fact that time changes and everyone is now over-sensitive, everyone suing everybody...it's the pu*syfication of America. This is why I'm glad Floyd gave a public apology and you should be too if you're a fan. Coz you know damn well if he didnt, worst crap can happen.

i dont like it. thats why i dont use it myself. there is too much pain and suffering behind to mean anything else than what it was intended for. andthat was to hurt and label people.

but i dont like to hear anyone use any racial slur. im not a racist and its not ok. slurs dont even slip from my mouth when im heated b/c they just arent apart of my vocab.

You know Chad Johnson got fined for something he said on Twitter. Athletes nowadays just have to be aware that everyone is watching you, and ready to make you pay for something they deam "out of line"...

im sorry but nobody going to fine mayweather not because hes wrong but because the boxing commissions are *****. they will bend over backwards for mayweather and pacquiao so the last thing they want to do is do something to make one of them catch a ***** fit and not want to do the fight because of it

My point was more of, athletes, and high profile people in general should watch what they say on the internet. It could come back to bite them.

and i agree with you. but the fact of the matter is that yellow isnt equivalent to the n word.

whites are called white
blacks called black
hispanics called brown.

and thats where i disagree with you. no slur is equal to the N word. none. post some **** where there is a history of suffering behind a racial slur and thats wel documented, and deeply rooted into a country's history.

It's all about the context. If saying "N*gga" doesn't mean friend, homie, my boy, etc. when I was back in highschool, then I must be the luckiest Asian Mofo that ever lived, lol.

yup, it's all about context, plus it helps if the guy calling you N*gga actually knows you LOL.
