Mayweather is the stereotypical walking, talking, caricature of a man, who once said that if he was white, he'd be beloved. Well Mike Tyson was beloved and still is. SRL and Ali as well, in addition to many others. Mayweather chooses to appeal to one demographic...young black kids. Good luck doing that and getting respect.

The guy is an idiot for saying stuff like that, But like you said some manny fans on here shouldnt even complain afterall they have said,written,post pictures of Mayweather on here in worse ways. thats the reason why filipinos and pac fans are defending him most of the time coz pac never retaliate on every negative comments floyd has made againts him. pac never said anything hateful, and disrespectful comments againts mayweather inspite of all humiliating words floyd have thrown againts him. filipinos are proud of manny and consider him as hero. in the eyes of the filipinos, floyd recent video was not only to humiliate manny but to humiliate the filipino people as well

Weather Floyd's words or motives were aligned or not makes no difference...

Floyd is an entertainer 1st and foremost.. and he will be quick to tell you that.

As an entertainer he has to be held to the same standard as others in various segments of the entertainment industry.

Mel Gibson (rants on ***s), Jimmy the Greek, Fuzzy Zoeller and Don Imus (comments about African Americans) all made statements that were quite defamatory (you decide for yourself which persons comments offend you or not and to what degree...).

What they received in return for their lack of common sense was they all suffered loss... some their careers, some lost jobs, some lost endorsements, and all lost credibility.

If Mayweather believes himself to be an entertainer then he should not be surprised when he is held to the same standard that other entertainers are held to.

Weather he meant what he said about asians and Pac, or just chose to say things he didn't believe for some other motive makes no difference.

If he doesn't suffer loss (sanctions, endorsement deals, ect....) as a result of his latest venom spewing incident.... The boxing community and entertainment industry essentially give him license to continue to do the same.

In which case you can most certainly expect more of the same from Floyd in the future.
