Its not ONLY that, that will tarnish his legacy, its whole persona, the ignorance, the arrogance, but arrogance which is not comparable to any other fighter cause he aint fighting the best, he is saying he is the best, but cherry picking his opponents, which are usually old, or small.
As i said, its easy for a journo to bump(a few places) a guy up historically, if they happen to respect them as man, not just a fighter, maybe thats wrong, but its the way it is imo, its human nature to subliminally give someone more credit if you happen to like them.
