When I talk cross over, I'm talking the type of status Jordan, Woods, Barkely, Wade, Lebron have.

A guy that is on commercials, getting sponsorships all the time for different products.

His recent actions have shut him out of that and he blames it on race. If the guy was really smart, he would be making TWICE the money he is now. His greatness as a boxer is what has made him a millionaire but he could be making DLH money if he was really smart.
How do you know what he gets from his sponsors? I dont remember DLH being sponsored by alot of different things either. Floyd could be sponsored by things we dont even know about also, Ive noticed some athletes are into things Id not imagined like T.O. with the sports drink, no commercials that I know of, never heard of the drink until I saw it.

Sorry but Floyd needing to act like an ass is a pretty weak argument. Look at the popularity of humble, working class fighters like Pacquiao or Hatton... Or homegrown heroes like Oscar. Besides, he's not acting an ass - he is an ass! There's no act at all.

              I disagree.

He might feel that he doesn't get fair treatment, but in terms of cross over appeal it might be the closest you get to that in boxing. He's outsold Pacquiao and has made more money than him doing a lot less work.

He might not have a clean cut image that appeals to your family oriented programming like a De La Hoya or Pacquiao, but he doesn't make the most money of any fighter in the sport by not appealing to the mainstream.

Your crossover star makes only $6m for his fights,so whose strategy works then?

Floyd style isn't appealing to the casual fan so of course he needs to act out and talk **** or he would be like Chad Dawson.

Oscar was just a ***** but good looking i bet half his ppv sales were girls.

there's a reason why he doesnt have a shoe deal.

                    there's a reason why.

He is the epitome of a selfish, dishonest, racist, delusional, scumbag athlete in the same mold of pacman jones, maurice clarett, chad ochocinco, & terrell owens.

He tries so hard to play the slick, charming, gift of gab ali persona mixed with tupac's grimey aggression & always playing the racial card like its 1960, yet his lack of intelligence to capably do this just make his lame attempt backfire.

He completely makes himself look like a idiotic, charmless, witless, boorish, & utterly loathsome boxing version of beetlejuice from the howard stern show with a mix of a coked out bobby brown.

Cuauhtémoc1502 is dropping some serious knowledge in here.

I'd jump in the debate myself, but he's already got that covered.

And most of Floyd's delusional ball lickers just can't be reasoned with, anyway. And I don't feel like wasting the time, or the calories needed to type out a worthy response.

Keep it up, man. Green K coming.
