IMO Tommy Hearns at 147. PBF can't really counter that jab plus the way Hearns used educate his jab and put punches together off the jab. I don't see how PBF beats him. I know 147 not PBF best weight so he not gonna walk Hearns down like Ray Leonard did. I also feel PBF wouldn't go out like a b!tch either.

not really a HUGE Mayweather fan but I respect the SKILLS

No Current fighter can beat Floyd that is for sure

so in History I would go with Aaron Pryor, Pryor would have been the PERFECT match up for Mayweather especially at 135-140, Pryor was TOUGH, Pryor talks even more **** then Mayweather so Mayweather mind games would not work against Pryor

I know this for a fact though Floyd would give ANY ATG throughout history their toughest fight. Floyd is not easy to fight.

I like that he says only Floyd fans so it can be an honest discussion. I guess if you're a non Floyd fan you can't speak honestly on Floyd.

Which begs the question does the same rule applies to Pac. And, if you're a non fan can you speak honestly about him?

            So silly.

So if he is not a Floyd why does he get allowed to answer the question without getting put on ignore?

Anyways if Dazed gets to answer then I will to

At 130 I just can't see anybody beating Floyd. Not saying he is the GOAT in that weight-class. I think Arguello is the GOAT. But, Floyd style wise would not be good for Arguello.

At 135, I think it is different. I think Duran and Whitaker would beat him. I think JCC had the style to give Floyd problems. I also think Floyd had the style to give JCC problems. Plus the LW divisoin has a rich history a lot of great fighters that could of given Floyd problems even beat him. Ike Williams is another one.

At 140, again I think JCC would be tough. But, I think it would of been a tough match up for both. I think Pryor could beat him but I think it also depends if it is a 12 or a 15 round fight.

And, I don't think Floyd beats any true ATG true WW. But, is not fair to Floyd it is not his weight-class. It his 4th weight-class and he was a better fighter at the lower weights.
I just wanted to sample a certain group of posters. I wanted to see who did the die hard Mayweathers fans feel could beat Mayweather. that was the purpose of this thread, Plain and Simple. I didnt want it to be flamed out I just wanted to see How a certain group of poster feel about this topic.

As for you selection of Fighters..

130: I agree unbeatable. Too Big, Too fast, Too much in this division.
135: Duran is an interesting story.. because how he behaved at 147 isnt how he behaved at 135. At 135, Floyd was more willing to go to war in this division. I am talking about Toe to Toe. However, He would box his ass off if his opponent did not press the issue quick..

So with Duran we have a Hard nosed, macho SOB, With incredible power. But how effective would he be against essentially another Sugar Ray Leonard @ 135 in Mayweather with better defense.. ???

But, JRO if you had to pick only 1 fighter and you had to bet your house on it... Who would it be? Just 1

Guys who would definitely have beaten Mayweather at 147:

Prime Oscar (old, semi-retired Oscar nearly pulled it off)
                Hearns
                Leonard
                Robinson
                Basilio

Guys I suspected would have beaten him?

                Forrest
                Trinidad
                Mosley
                Pryor
                Tzsyu
                Duran
                Quartey
                Griffith
                Gavilan
                Armstrong
                Margarito

I think Whitaker, Benitez and Locche would be strong underdogs but they fought similar styles to Mayweather defensively but lacked Floyd's offensive prowess.

Guys I would favor over him now?
                Pacquaio
