Tommy Hearns. Hearns jab beats Floyds straight right everytime. Its longer, stronger and just as accurate. Hearns, like Floyd, had lightning delivery in his punch and he had 1 punch KO power. Hearns is bigger, longer, stronger and punches like a SMW, while Floyd still punches like a JWW.

      Winky Wright

In his prime he was unbeatable. Period. Not like todays Winky. Prime Winky had fast hands, fast feet and was accurate as hell. Hard as shyt to hit clean.

Was amazing combo puncher. His 4-5 punch combos on Vargas was just sick.

Oh and his jab was alright too.

      Hed UD Floyd.

      What weight class?

IMDAZED is not really a Floyd fan. He just a fan of the PED issue it just so happens that Floyd is the one that brought it to light. And, he supports Floyd in this issue. Doesn't mean he is a fan but just a fan of having OST.

So if he is not a Floyd why does he get allowed to answer the question without getting put on ignore?

Anyways if Dazed gets to answer then I will to

At 130 I just can't see anybody beating Floyd. Not saying he is the GOAT in that weight-class. I think Arguello is the GOAT. But, Floyd style wise would not be good for Arguello.

At 135, I think it is different. I think Duran and Whitaker would beat him. I think JCC had the style to give Floyd problems. I also think Floyd had the style to give JCC problems. Plus the LW divisoin has a rich history a lot of great fighters that could of given Floyd problems even beat him. Ike Williams is another one.

At 140, again I think JCC would be tough. But, I think it would of been a tough match up for both. I think Pryor could beat him but I think it also depends if it is a 12 or a 15 round fight.

And, I don't think Floyd beats any true ATG true WW. But, is not fair to Floyd it is not his weight-class. It his 4th weight-class and he was a better fighter at the lower weights.

Here is the problem, Hearns would follow his opponents around the ring, he really wasnt effective at cutting the ring off.. and he liked to load up on his punches... His jab was a hammer I agree... But an Hammer only hits the nail if the nail is still.. only wises the hammer is useless...

However I do give Hearns the best chance at Knocking Mayweather out.. but it would have to happen early in the fight..

All hearns needs to do is box. Hearns went up to 14 with Ray Leonard who punches harder than Floyd and puts more pressure than Floyd. Easy to counter? Maybe in some circumstances but many of Mayweather's tactics aint working on Hearns, no pull counters are landing when hearns is on his toes. Hearns' jab will annoy Mayweather all night and make him cautious. Mayweather will definately get hit with a hearns power punch, and Hearns hits alot harder than Mosley, Hearns would definately have a chance of KOing Mayweather!

Hearns had a better time against defensive boxers than he did with brawlers/come forward fighters.
