why do people make excuses about the mistakes they make in videos.. don't worry about it.
every up and comer has his flaws. it's great that you have the guts to upload your training vids. keep at it and keep boxing!! like dude above said.. boxing needs more young kids interested in it.

btw if you are gonna keep that lead hand low, you best be doing a lot more head movement.

you should put a lil more power in your heavy bag workout. and turn your hook over a lil more. You got the speed already. When u hit that bag focus on form and power.. Looks decent tho, how long you been training? and how old are you?

Nice bro but it looks all flash and no substance.

In amatuers them punches won't count and they don't look as though there is any power in them.

There's alot of habits gone wrong you need to correct them asap.

you guys need to understand, before this video i did the 3 rounds of speedbag, 2x of shadow boxing, 3 rounds of the end bag, 3x of the jump rope, pushups and ab work

TRUST ME when i say this, i DO NOT have an amateur style... those punches are so light because i was really tired and i was only trying to work up a sweat, plus when im tired i dont bend my knees
