Im talking about the first negotiations, man. I'm not blaming Pacqiauo for the fight not happening, all im saying is if he agrees to blood testing all the way up to the fight now, then if he'd have done it in the first place we would have either seen the fight happen, or Mayweather would have no excuse at all what so ever. At this point in time (the first negotiations) there was no gag order because were they not negotiating? Remember when all we would read and hear is Floyds camp and Mannys camp talking ****?

The first negotiation was a pissing contest son, floyd was offended coz manny didn't accept his last demand and manny was offended coz floyd was accusing him of cheating. Now manny is revealing what may have happened to the 2nd negotiation, he is now accepting all of floyd's demands as far as the OSDT is concern, unfortunately it was floyd's choice not to sit down with team manny at all to negotiate...
