He could have said this before Margarito became a possible opponent, but this is proof enough that he's a liar...and a bad one at that.

But if he had accepted it there wouldn't be any 2nd round of negotiations. Unless Mayweather still didnt accept the fight, which would mean hes clearly ducking. Had he said it in March it would be win win for Pac. I think hes lying.
