if i read right the valuev fight did something like 850k ppv buys in england and nobody here had heard of him they all bought into the david vs goliath theme. insert a a klitschkos name next to david haye vs and the fight will do equal numbers or maybe a bit more so thats £15 (which equates to roughly 20 euros) times 850k plus and thats why the klitschkos cant afford to leave the british tv revenue on the table.
Also if i understand what iv read on the rtl deal with the klitchkos they both got a 1 off payment to have there fights exclusive on there network which would mean any split agreed from the rtl aspect would could of the top of the klitchko split or out of there back pockets

basicly the deal was 50/50 except the german tv money is not on the table

haye asked for the german money to be included in the pot the klits refused

haye then countered with a 50/50 deal minus german and uk tv money the klits also refused

collazo , urango , lazcano and mallignagi was nobodies here
even mayweather at the time was relativly unknown to general public but but they all did solid numbers fighting a much loved english fighter on ppv
