The problem with this statement is that neither fighter in the case of Mosley-Mayweather knew when blood testing would stop. That is the whole point of unannounced testing. It is a deterrent.

And if the USADA thought they had a valid reason to blood test further, then Pac wouldn't know either. Only the commission and USADA would. So what is your point?
