And besides all that, you can take a TON of stuff and test clean 14 days before a fight. That's why they need RANDOM blood testing you dunce! Your hero is a dirty fighter, face it. Just face it. Why not do random blood testing against Margarito, just to prove your clean Manny? Manny is a fighter, who's legacy was built off PEDs. Just like Barry Bonds. And guess what? Barry Bonds passed MANY drug tests. Which is why there is a need for random blood testing. Because it's too easy to beat tests otherwise.

Did you see the contract? Pacquiao has lied in the past and why would Arum say that it's not as clear cut as Pacquiao agreeing to 14 days if Pacquiao agreed to 14 days?

Arum said they would agree to an initial 14-day cutoff but if USADA had a valid reason for continuing blood testing beyond that point (which was their alleged reason for stopping the Mayweather-Mosley tests at 18-19 days, lack of a reason to test further), then they can take whatever evidence they have to the boxing commission and order further testing.

The problem with this statement is that neither fighter in the case of Mosley-Mayweather knew when blood testing would stop. That is the whole point of unannounced testing. It is a deterrent.
