After the Margarito fight, expect pacquiao to take an extended vacation, and not think about boxing for a while.

To further avoid the issue. Firstly, he won't beat Floyd without his special "ingredients" and secondly, he'll look astoundingly flat in the process. He certainly won't look like the "usual" Manny. Crud, if I'm Floyd, I'd say take as much juice as you want. I think Floyd STILL kicks his ass. Floyd's style is all wrong for Manny Pacquiao. Just look what Morales did to him, the last time someone pushed the PED issue. But let me guess: Manny gets woozy from needles.

What a joke, and what a fraud. Manny Pacquiao needs to clear his name, and quickly.

Look how tired Pac is. His legs need rest.

Yeah, because he's running scared from a random drug test.

And besides all that, you can take a TON of stuff and test clean 14 days before a fight. That's why they need RANDOM blood testing you dunce! Your hero is a dirty fighter, face it. Just face it. Because if he wasn't, he'd agree to the tests, and NOT leave $40 fackin' million on the table. Manny Pacquiao is a fraud, and one day, will be exposed. Assuming of course, that he actually agrees to random blood testing. Like a true MAN, and a true athlete would do. If he's clean like he claims, where is there a problem with random blood testing? I've still never gotten a conclusive answer to this question from the Pacquiao supporters. Heck, if doesn't even have to be against Floyd. Why not do random blood testing against Margarito, just to prove your clean Manny? Manny is a fighter, who's legacy was built off PEDs. Just like Barry Bonds. And guess what? Barry Bonds passed MANY drug tests. Which is why there is a need for random blood testing. Because it's too easy to beat tests otherwise.

                CASE CLOSED.
And what did conte said about the effect of 14 days of time frame of peds? NOTHING, USELESS, THE USER WILL NOT FEEL THE EFFECT OF PEDS in that time frame, so what's is floyd main purpose of that no cut off date? To make sure that pac is not 100% mentally ready?

That day will never come bro, you'll just be waiting forever.

A true man and true athlete would never ask for that kind of test just like what the other legends of boxing said if u want to fight just fight and just say no if u don't want.

Out of 1 billion people only 10-20 people are thinking about that including u but the important thing is the boxing historians will always put pac as one of the greatest boxer ahead of floyd and u could do nothing about it.

Arum said they would agree to an initial 14-day cutoff but if USADA had a valid reason for continuing blood testing beyond that point (which was their alleged reason for stopping the Mayweather-Mosley tests at 18-19 days, lack of a reason to test further), then they can take whatever evidence they have to the boxing commission and order further testing.

I hope that the people will not remeber floyd as a ducker or coward he's one of the great fighter too and it's shame that the people will remember him as a coward and a ducker just like the majority of the people are thinking right now.

The problem with this statement is that neither fighter in the case of Mosley-Mayweather knew when blood testing would stop. That is the whole point of unannounced testing. It is a deterrent.
