Whatcha gonna do? That savors of threats to me.

The fight is a farce. It's a farce for good reasons. Neither are ranked in that division, the catchweight and only one is a champion in the preceding division.

I will watch the fight if and ONLY if Pacquiao wins decisively. I will not pay for it. I will watch it after the 'event' and probably only highlights. I have absolutely no interest in this and your hero does not deserve to be paid.

Jose is a sellout and a greedy MOFO. He doesn't care about enforcing the rules and limits of a Jr Mid title fight.
He just care about sanctions He will make by selling out.
He should be enforcing the limits of weight instead because there's nothing wrong if Pacquiao wants to come at 150, (like Floyd did)
What's wrong here is that Pacquiao should not be the one who calls for the limits of the weight class to win a title with different limits.
That's Jose's job, but He gladder take the money.

This whole thing is beyond ridiculous. How is it that a man found guilty (by way of evidence mind you) of doing something heinous and dangerous that could have resulted in permanent damage or death to his opposition first be licensed to participate in the sport in which he was banned from and then have a fight sanctioned by a governing body? Not only that but he gets a fight against one of the top, most popular, and mot decorated fighters in the sport.

The power that promoters have these days is both frightening and sad. I believe Margarito received his license and the blessing of a sanctioning body only because of Arum's influence. I don't whether that influence involves money changing hands, strong arm tactics, threats, etc. but it is quite obvious, at least to me that things are clearly not on the up and up with regards to this fight and Margarito receiving a license to fight.

Manny's willingness to move forward/support this fight speaks volumes about his character as well. What does it take these days for an individual to step up and say "No, this is wrong, I won't do it"? This whole fiasco makes boxing look really bad. Sure there's plenty of corruption in other sports as well but this has to be one of the most "in your face, we don't care what you want/like or think is right" screw jobs I've ever seen.

I think what really bothers me more than anything else however is the fact that there are boxing fans either making excuses for this fight or blatantly throwing their support behind it. There's nothing....nothing that can be said or done to justify this fight. Even if Margarito hadn't cheated this fight still makes no sense whatsoever.

This type of garbage in boxing likely won't ever stop because boxing fans, like some fighters are willing to toss their principals overboard in order to watch a fight. It's we the fans who empower corrupt promoters, organizations, and sometimes networks. Until we stop watching these travesties, this type of thing will continue to happen it's that simple. If you don't agree with this fight or any of the politics that have allowed it to happen show them you don't by not watching this fight! It continues to exist only because fans continue to support it. Stop supporting fighters who support or go along with this type of thing as well.

**** this fight, I won't be watching it. Since all any of these idiots kept pushing this fight opposed to Mayweather, everyone should boycott the fight and not go to it or buy it on PPV. It's obvious they don't give a **** what the paying customer wants to see, so if this goes down as the fight that sold the least amount of tickets then maybe they will listen next time. I'm not going to pay to watch a cheater and a cry baby fight. Pacquiao knows better than to take this fight.

Although I dont like the title fight they gave it and I think Pac should have fought a better opponent who is more of a threat we all know its a bs scam by the biggest scam artist Bob Arum. I bet if Martinez was the lineal champ he would have pac fight Cotto for nothing rather than put him in there to win an 8th title. I will tune in to watch and probably have to pay for it cause I love boxing. Everyone involved would get much more respect if they fought at 154 for no title. If pac wants to come in at 150 or even 148 then let him.

                      ******ity

this is bull**** i understand that the sports and general media supports Pac as the face and wants him ta be there face of the sport they better be fighting at actually 154 and above cuz if not and its still this catch weight bull**** i don't approve . now i like pacman but the fact is he aint when some of these titles in the actual weight divisions and its bull**** . there jus tryna give him ''once again '' another notch in his ****ing belt by saying he the champion in another division which proves he's quote on quote he's the best which ain't right. the difference between Pac and Floyd,Delahoya,Roy-Jones,James,Toney and others are they had ta kick ass and actually win those titles in those particular weights classes . everybody wanted ta suck pacs balls when he supposedly passed Floyd and then Delahoya for multi division champ but the problem is that did he truly do so technically ''hell ****in naw'' . at the end of the day the truth is the truth and a lie is a lie . if or when he beats Margarito it dont mean **** ta me as far as the title goes cuz it ain't real unless you fighting in the actual Division or weight. ill jus count it as a good victory for either .this boxing game is gettin ridiculous
