Tommy Hearns was only beaten by Leonard and they needed to dehidrated him with Heat as a strategy to beat him. It cost Leonard his left eye and probably an hernia to pull the wild Leonard out to beat the giant. Tommy was really the original hitman at welter and it is debatable He could beat every one on the list. So yes, I agree with Hearns before Tito, who was also a KO force at that weight. He's the only boxer who has made Oscar run screaming like a girl for 5 rounds. LOL (ok, lowblow)
Seriously, the original list is better because both Hearns and Tito would of KO Gavilan, who is overrated in most welter lists.

Tommy and Tito are not KOing Gavilan , if you knew anything about Gavilan at all you'd know he had an ATG chin, never KOd, only knocked down twice in his whole career and he faced some monster punchers.

You're ranking Hearns and Tito over Gavilan because you think they could KO him despite him having a much better resume / career at Welter then both of them.

What does seeing them play have to do with Greatness? It's all about the resume.
