Now that's cleared up, I'm only interested in seeing Hopkins try for Glory at heavyweight at this point. Nobody at LHW does anything for his résumé.
Beating the CLEAR Lhw champion in pascal at 45 1/2 years old absolutely does something for his resume.

Also, can you explain why Hopkins was never eager to fight Dawson yet when Pascal wins now he wants to fight?

Did he just duck Dawson or what?
Hopkins said he was waiting for the dust to settle and for a champto emerge and that he would fight them. He also said he thought Dawson would win, hinting he was fighting him. Sad chad lost, and a champ emerged, now Hopkins will fight him.

Tarver, Wright, Calzaghe, Pavlik, Ornels, Jones > Johnson, Tarver, Tarver, Johnson, shocking loss to Pascal.

If he fought like he did against Pavlik all the time, nobody would have problems with him.

But that masterpiece was the exception for him in the last 10 years, not the rule.

                  Please.

Hopkins has already proved his Glory past 40.

He has nothing to prove against these comparative hobos at 175 now, and I like Pascal.

But we KNOW an old Hopkins schools young-bucks, and Pascal isn't all that.

ИATAS206, remove chip from shoulder time, I'm a HUGE Hopkins fan.

As much as I dislike Hopkins, I can't really blame him. He's fighting the #1 guy in the world and brings more fans to the table than Dawson.

Forgot to mention Pascal isn't a blown up Middleweight that Hopkins is fighting either.

Bully is right on this. Dawson's tarver, tarver, johnson trilogy was 36 rounds of absolute sleep inducing boxing.
