One, I'm not saying he was "suppose to". I'm saying that I would have liked to see it, especially since Pacquiao hasn't faced that kind of style.

Fair enough but Raheem would have been a waste of time IMO. Now if Pac stuck around 135 after Diaz there would have been some interesting match-ups.

No. I never have and never will not Floyd for that move. Unlike 90% of the posters on this board, I don't have to tear down another fighter/change history/lie to make myself feel better about a favorite fighter of mine.

All I have ever said is that he should have faced Cotto and Margarito (instead of retiring) because those are fights that could have enhanced his legacy. Any Floyd fan who disagrees is not a fan of Floyd at all. Let's keep it real for a second.

Because those were 2 of the top 5 welters in HIS DIVISION at the time he was the reigning WELTERWEIGHT KING..where as Manny was moving up to 140+..he wasnt at 135 and decided not to fight other 135LBs..he went after bigger guys..where as FLoyd went after 2 smaller guys..

Margo/Cotto are not prospects homie..TO say FLoyd ducking them is the same as Manny not fighting guzman or valero is ******ed..U move up not down in fights man..unless of course ur scared of whos next in line..

So far when the going got tough..FLoyd has taken 2 vacations from boxing..the proof is obvious..i know u guys are gonna defend ur guy till the end..but come on..facts are facts..Floyd has tremendous talent..no denying that...but fook man this guy has to be tiring u out of not seeing him take on the best!

yeah but Manny didnt dodge anybody..he fought the best at 130..then jumped to 140+ except for 1 tuneup at 135...and those 140 guys included Cotto,Clottey,DLH,and now Rito...some tough fights there man...

Floyd on the other hand..wasnt fighting the top guys at 147..but manny did at 130 tho...Floyd fought an old DLH like Pac did too..and a smaller hatton who manny beat too..hatton is nice but come on..not the highest calibur fighter either..so why take seemingly less harder competition instead of fighting the the other top guys in ur weight class looking for that belt...manny did..and went up 2 and 3 weight classes fighting some hard fights against top guys..

This thread is pretty ******. We all know how many guys Floys has ducked but whenever we try to say anyone who Pacquiao didn't face and should have, there's someone to excuse it. So no one is happy.

Pacquiao should have fought anyone besides David Diaz at 135 and Sahir Raheem after Raheem beat Morales. Defend title at 140 and 154. So on. See why this is ******?
