Michael Grant sucks and if he gave Adamek some tough moments then the Klits will kill him.

Like everyone else I would like to see him call out David Haye instead. That would be a good fight.

Well, um I do recall a couple of years ago, one Vitali Klitschko coming out of retirement and making one Samuel Peter quit on his stool telling his cornermen "no more, no more." Matter of fact Vitali hasn't been in a close fight since his return.

well lewis has been boxing since the 80s. and vatali started in the mid 90s. lewis was old and tired when he retired. his body had taken a lot of damage. in my opinion vitali was still prime when he retired. vitali came back more of himself then what lewis would be. but i see your point. the heavyweight division had sunkin that much more. it seems the division is getting worser and worser. but lets hope it gets better.

ok i am fed up with the lies and nut huggery thats going on in this thread lol!! i didn't wanna comment in till i actually found the fight because it seems people are just saying anything.

I had adamek winning the 1st 2nd 3rd and 4th round. i had grant winning the 5th 6th 7th 8th 9th. i then had adamek winning the 10th & 11th. grant won the 12th and looked to be on the verge of stopping adamek.

i had it tied going into the 11th. at BEST adamek won by 1 round.

but i saw the fight a draw.

i would advise all of the nuthuggers to look at the fight and score it CLOSLEY. you will come up with the same results as i have.

adamek wasn't hurt so you say????? lol and i am a alien. the amount of nuthuggery in this thread. fast foward my part 2 to 11:18 and look at adameks legs when he gets hit and goes back to his corner.

I wanted to start by saying that what I was reading about this fight did not sound very flattering for Adamek. It sounded as if he beat Grant but looked average at best. And I want to thank you for posting the You Tube video of the fight so I was able to sit and watch it. I will also like to say that I am a fan of Adamek's but I am surely no nut huger. With that said I have to say that I have no clue what fight you watched because that fight was not remotely close. I will say the fight got a little closer in the second half but I still only managed to give Grant two rounds.

What I saw in this fight was that Adamek was able to easily out hustle and also easily out jab a fighter that is five inches taller and has a ten reach advantage on him. And sure he got stung in the six round and sure he was lucky it was at the end of the round but the guy out weighs him by 45 pounds and he is a big heavyweight with a little pop so it really was no surprise. As far as the 12th round I did not see Adamek out on his feet at all and I even watched the round twice.

And as far as Grant is concerned it looked like he at least came into the fight in shape and that is even a great accomplishment with heavyweights in this era. But in the end Adamek was just way to good and easily out classed him. And I don't even understand what the big deal was about the cuts. The first one looked as if it happened around the same time Grant complained about a head butt. And the second one looked like it was caused when Grant dragged his wrist across Adamek's face. Now I am not sure and this sure is speculation on my part but what I do know is that the cuts were not caused by an accumulation of punches simply because Grant did not hit him with much.

With all that said I am not to go out on a limb and say Adamek is ready for the Klit brothers but I surely believe he is good enough give Haye a great fight. In closing I would like comment on the fact that so many seem to focus on Adamek's lack of power at heavyweight. So here are some facs to ponder on. In Adamek's last 15 fights, going back to his first fight with Briggs, he has had five KO's. So, in his first 27 fights he had 22 KO's. So it seems to me that he not only did he not bring heavy hands to the heavyweight division he also had little power dating back to his days of fighting world class light heavyweights.

any klitschko would hurt him bad..if he wants a better pay then go ahead but expect to get damaged..the klit brothers are very accurate they won't miss.

Out on the feet is when a guy is practically knocked out, but is still standing. Adamek may have gotten wobbled a couple of times, but he was definitely not "out on his feet" at any time.

ademak claims that he feels the most comfortable at heavyweight. he claims that he was killing himself at other weights, so he had no choice but to move up. he is now a heavyweight (so that he can feel comfortable as he claims) so theres no excuses about adameks weight. if he refuses to go down because of weight issues he must fight bigger guys. it's just that simple.

(no disrespect) but i don't see how any thinking human being could give grant only 2 rounds in the 2nd half of the fight. grant won more rounds then adamek ever did in the 2nd half of the fight, nut hugger or not. you would have to have some very bias eyes to give grant 2 rounds at that point of the fight, it's ridiculous. the fight was as close as close can get, i truly don't care about picking favorites. if a fight was close the fight was close. if a person loses a fight and was awarded a gift i will call it out (like alexander kotelnik. kotelnik won the fight but got robbed) i call stuff how i see it, i don't care about all of this favoritism crap.

to me, adamek never had a great chin. fighting heavyweights or not. dawson had him down. cunningham wobbled him a lot in their match at cruiserweight. so it's not a big shock to me if adamek gets hurt. adamek just has a lot of heart & determination which makes him who he is.

ademek was in a hell of a fight. he was tired. throwing pity pat punches later in the fight. he was hurt badly and stunned a few times leading in to the 12th. he was cut up, swollen & bruised (and the cuts actually did come from punches and was rightfully ruled so) blood was streaming down his face & he got stretched to the limit in the 12th. if you call that easily outclassing someone i would truly have to question your sanity sir....because thats just crazy.
