He agreed to 14 days, Floyd wanted 0 cut off date. I'm going to have to start saving links to articles man, I clearly remember Floyd saying that the 14 day cut off would be off the table and he would want more money, it was an article posted on here I'm not sure if from another website or from here but it said back at the times of the 1st negotiations that Floyd would not agree to a cut off to the testing..
with all the articles that has been written on all of these sites it would be close to impossible to find that article now..
I can't even remember if it was an article that originated from here all I know is that I read it here but the facts are undeniable, people know the truth man Floyd was always against the cut off period which is why they had to mediate..
he agreed to 14 against his will and when Pacquiao refused he said that the deal would be off the table after May 1st, no lie son this is known..
And Burner definitely didn't write it so B E Z with that..
check this piece from Pacquiao's Wikipedia page about the 1st negotiations..
"Following the victory against Cotto, there was much public demand for a fight between the Seven-Division World Champion Manny Pacquiao (the number 1 pound-for-pound boxer) and the Five-Division World Champion Floyd Mayweather, Jr. (the number 2 and former number 1 pound-for-pound boxer). Pacquiao reportedly agreed to fight Mayweather on March 13, 2010, for a split of $50 million up front.[80] And it was later agreed that the venue for the fight would be the MGM Grand Las Vegas. However, the bout was put in jeopardy due to disagreements about Olympic-style drug testing. The Mayweather camp wanted random blood testing by the United States Anti-Doping Agency,[81] whereas Pacquiao refused to have any blood testing within 30 days from the fight, because he thought it would weaken him, but he was willing to have blood taken from him before the 30-day window as well as immediately after the fight.[82] Freddie Roach, on the other hand, commented that he would not allow blood to be taken from Pacquiao one week before the fight.[83][84] In an attempt to resolve their differences, the two camps went through a process of mediation before a retired judge. After the mediation process Mayweather agreed to a 14-day no blood testing window. However, Pacquiao refused and instead only agreed to a 24-day no blood testing window.[85] Consequently, on January 7, 2010, Pacquiao's promoter Bob Arum declared that the fight was officially off."
This is about the 2nd
"After his victory over Clottey, Pacquiao was expected to return to boxing in late 2010 with a possible matchup against Floyd Mayweather Jr. It was later reported that Golden Boy Promotions CEO Richard Schaefer and Top Rank Chief Bob Arum worked out a '"Super Fight" between Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather Jr. However, complications arose when Mayweather requested Pacquiao undergo random blood and urine testing up until the fight day. Pacquiao responded that he would agree to undergo blood and urine testing up until 14 days before the fight, stating that giving blood too close to the fight day would weaken him."
They don't report the part I said about the 1st negotiations when Floyd said the deal would be off the table but Roger confirmed for me in this next piece that Floyd DID want a 0 day cut off and that Pacquiao had still not agreed to it so that still sustains my argument that Pacquiao still had not agreed to testing the way Floyd requested..
"After the fight Floyd expressed interest in moving up in weight to capture his seventh world title in six different weight classes and to challenge newly crowned middleweight champion Sergio Martinez.[86]
It has been reported that Golden Boy Promotions CEO Richard Schaefer and Top Rank Chief Bob Arum are trying to work out a fight between Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao. Mayweather has asked Pacquiao to undergo random blood and urine testing up until the fight day, because of rumors speculating from professional boxers including Andre Berto, Paul Malignaggi, Nate Campbell, Kermit Cintron and Ricky Hatton of Pacquiao's jump through seven weight classes. Pacquiao said he will undergo blood and urine testing up until 14 days before the fight, stating that giving blood too close to the fight day will weaken him. United States Anti-Doping Agency chief officer Travis Tygart stated that if an athlete is tested prior to a 14-day window leading up to a big match or tournament, then that athlete is still able to cheat by utilizing performance enhancing drugs.[87]
On July 19, 2010, Leonard Ellerbe, one of Floyd Mayweather Jr.'s closest advisers, denied that negotiations for a super fight between Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao had ever taken place. Leonard Ellerbe stated "Bob Arum is not telling the truth, but history tells us who is lying". Ellerbe was clearly taking a shot at Arum, who is famous for playing fast and loose with the truth after having uttered the famous quote years ago, "Yesterday I was lying, today I am telling the truth."[88]
Mayweather for his part later told the associated press that he fought 60 days ago and that he was in no rush to fight Pacquiao.[89]
On August 18th, 2010, Roger Mayweather stated in bleacher report article that his nephew asked for a random blood and urine testing up until the fight date. Something Pacquiao refused privately and stated publicly that he had agreed. Roger Mayweather also went on to say that Floyd will fight in calender 2010 again.[90]"

See what I'm saying? even though he didn't come out on a camera or say it the people closest to him are reporting it. it's not a lie so even though I can't dig up that old ass article Roger is basically backing my argument up because when talks of a 2nd fight came up Mayweather still wanted a 0 day cut off so even if I can't prove it to you that he said that prior to the 2nd negotiation with the old article I got an updated interview with Roger basically saying it himself, from the jump Floyd wanted a 0 cut off date this time and Pacquiao tried to make him budge yet again..
