Floyd wanted OSDT up until the day of the fight. Pacquiao "agreed" to olympic style drug testing but he agreed to 14 days which was an old deal that wasnt on the table. Bob Arum will say that Pacquiao agreed to all of Floyd's demands but you can't believe anything that he says.

The problem is that Pacquiao refused to agree to OSDT up until the fight. He wanted scheduled tests and cut-off dates that would render the USADA testing useless.

Floyd BEEN talking about taking a break, he didn't suddenly come up with that thought out of nowhere just because of a 2nd negotiation..

As for the TS, No Pacquiao to this day has not agreed to Random Olympic style blood testing leading up until fight time. he wants a 14 day cut off period and he wants to know when blood will be taken from him too before those 14 days, that is NOT Olympic style testing..
well he's been on a break for 2 years already

did he miss something or what?

What the **** are you talking about man Floyd didn't offer him a 14 day cut off, that was the 1st time around homie the 14 day cut off doesn't exist anymore so how can Pacquiao agree to something that was not even there for him to agree to?

no he hasn't he fought Marquez last September and Mosley 3 months ago, he's already had 2 fights so I think it's only fair to drop the whole 2 year lay off thing. his last fight was 3 months ago

There is no audio or video evidence that Floyd said 14 days cut off is off the table, dumbass.

Only some fake article which probably Burner wrote!

Even Floyd Sr. said that Pacquiao agreed on drug testing!
