Random testing with no known cut of date , the actual cut of might be the day before the fight might be 30 days before , only the testers know when they will test or not test , Pac will not agree to this because it stops him from using PEDS .

OST is all year round. So no, pac agreed to a much stricter testing than the norm tho. But it doesn't even matter cuz the other dude is on Vacation.

As for the TS, No Pacquiao to this day has not agreed to Random Olympic style blood testing leading up until fight time. he wants a 14 day cut off period and he wants to know when blood will be taken from him too before those 14 days, that is NOT Olympic style testing..
