Because this is the US and floyd mayweather is the biggest name in boxing and is more of a household name than Manny right now.
You have no way of knowing if an investigation into Manny would gain more viewership. We agree they have no hard "evidence". Like I said they have the same "evidence" the people that accused Bonds had.
