"The only reason this fight hasn't happened is because Manny won't agree to random blood tests throughout training camp," Roger said. "This motherf**ker says he agreed to tests, but he really didn't," Mayweather continues, "he wants to know when these tests are happening and he wants them to end at a certain time. How the **** is that random drug testing?"

He then asks, "if you got nothing to hide, then why be so concerned about when you gotta take a drug test? How you gonna leave over 100 million dollars on the table cause you don't want to take random drug tests leading up to the fight?"

Sound like Jeff Mayweather has educated them more on the situation regarding on how the test should take place.

Full OST is testing year round, out of competition... not just 2 months before a Mayweather fight, with blood testing ending 18-19 days before the bout.

And Roger and co. are adamant that this will be an 'easy fight' but they won't let Floyd step in the ring until he feels safe because Manny is so threatening? This makes logical sense to you?

Come on now, u know what we are talking about when we say "full OSDT". It means during the period that the contract stipulates.

From the first negotiations, Floyd asked for OSDT testing. Freddie Roach confirmed that Pac's team agreed to it. That soon changed and and jumped all the way to 30 day? Why?? It only changed to 24 days, once Pac was shown to have had blood taken within 24 days of the Pac fight. Both sides went to arbitration and FMJ had even offered a compromise b4 arbitration(14 days). That is meeting in the middle right(compromise)? Arum lied and said that it didn't happen and the arbitrator made the statement that Pac's side wasn't being honest about the 14 days. Arum called off the fight and Pac had a contract with Clottey days later.

Fast forward to b4 the Mayweather/Mosley fight. FMJ clearly stated that the terms for the previous fight were off the table. He stated it would be drug testing all the way up to the fight and if his PPV does better, the 50/50 goes out the window.

After the fight, FMJ said the same thing. Drug testing all the way up to the fight. Soon after, Pac and team agree to the 14 days and 50/50, when they knew that they weren't in play anymore. How is that showing u want the fight? Also, if he agreed to them in July, doesn't that mean that he was ducking in January when he declined them? What made the terms acceptable b4, yet they are acceptable months later?

Again, Roach said that FMJ was the easiest of the three(Cotto, Mosley FMJ), so what is the big deal about drug testing? Goes both ways!

We're obviously stuck on the drug testing issue, and Pacquiao nor his team have come up with a logical explanation as to why they shouldn't comply to full random blood testing.
Mayweather's team can't come up with a reason for why they're not fighting Pacquiao that doesn't contradict another.

Floyd: 'I'm taking a couple years off"
Floyd: 'I'm not thinking about boxing. Vacation'
Floyd Sr: 'Pacquiao's a southpaw... Floyd will never fight Manny'
Floyd Sr: 'Taxes are the only reason this fight isn't happening'
              Roger: 'A-Side Meth'

And again, FULL RANDOM BLOOD TESTING is 365 days a year, not 2 months before a Mayweather fight. Olympic Style Drug Testing is a year-round program. Mayweather just invented his own program, including the 14-day cutoff and you clowns are touting it as OST or 'full random testing' when it is not.

And Pacquiao has made it clear, long before this saga, back in '05 or whenever he first fought Morales... that he feels blood being drawn affects him negatively mentally and physically.

In addition, the NSAC held a hearing to determine if the OST would be integrated into their program and even gave the USADA a chance to make their official case. The testimony of a veteran ringside doctor and a former member of the Olympic council indicated that blood being drawn within 3 weeks of a fight raised the chance of a hematoma forming on the fighter's arms in addition to other health concerns. This is most likely the reason Tygart and co. stopped testing 18-19 days inexplicably during Mayweather-Mosley.

But please, do tell me more about your knowledge of 'full random blood testing'.

I can't wait to hear this one...

by same said sentiments Pacquiao should have leapfrogged floyd in the p4p rankings when he beat morales, barrera, marquez who were all 1,2,3 in the superfeatherweight division and all #3 or 4 p4p at the time pacquiao beat them while floyd was fighting the likes of sharmba mitchell and henry bruseles who were not even close to top 10. and yet pacquiao wasnt elevated to #1until floyd retired.

Its sad what drugs can actually make to humans brain, the Mayweathers are each one of them out of mind.

That theory that Pacquiao got a lot of trouble with JMM and that FMJ beat him easy is bull***t, then we can say that FMJ got in a lot of trouble with DLH, Hatton and Pacquiao beat them and retire them both... so what? styles make fights but also a good discipline, hardwork and a heart of a champion make fights.

the mayweathers are idiots. you don't call somebody a bum, easy to beat blah blah blah after putting up a roadblock demand for the first time in your career that proved to be a dealbreaker in the negotiations.

Because those fighters were not as high as you say and floyds fighters were not as low. brussles, Corley, mitchell are all former world champs. You personally can't over rate or under value a fighters opponents just because you may or may not like them.
