None of them, they are/were great fighters. The least accomplished fighters there (Vargas, Judah, Mayorga and Cotto) were really good.

Vargas= they threw him to the lions too early, was ruined by Tito in some way.
Mayorga=used as a stepping stone in higher weights was a serious threat at welterweight and he beat a prime Forrest.
Judah=he might be the only overrated fighter there and just because he always fell short on bigger fights but was really talented.

Oscar, Tito, Pac and Floyd are great fighters, not overrated.

Yep! Trinidad got caught cheating and all. He was to mechanical. He went life and death with Vargas and won because there were times Vargas had him hurt and he would catch Vargas with a low blow(great fight tho). Gift desicion vs DE LA Hoya, Got beat up by B-Hop,then retired, Ko'd Mayorgo, got embarassesd by Winky, then retired, came back for one more payday vs Roy, then retired...............

Oh I forgot Mosley and Margarito. Tony was ok, his win against Cotto was his best so he's not an ATG but not overrated.

Mosley is on another level, not overrated.

            I'm going De La Hoya.

I've said it before (and I'll probably say it again, many times).
He was a good fighter, but people talk about him as if he's one of the all time greats.

DLH,Winky & B-Hop,are theirselves great fighters,no shame in losing to any!!Tito was very limited, but he had the power & determination to make him a great fighter!!

If anyone is overrated on that list,it should be Floyd,Judah & Pacman only at welterweight!!At prime stage Pacman or Floyd would never have beaten Mosley & Oscar!!

Pacquiao is the most overrated. He gets much more credit than he deserves for beating up damaged opponents. In terms of how good all of them are as boxers, I rank them in this order.....

                1. Mayweather
                2. De La Hoya
                3. Trinidad
                4. Mosley
                5. Pacquiao
                6. Cotto
                7. Vargas
                8. Judah
                9. Mayorga
                10. Margarito

Agree with Tito being over-rated slightly. He's a great fighter, but resume wise he has'nt very many great wins. For example, Floyd and Pacquaio's resume's are much more comprehensive imo.

Fine, let's call it over hyped. Certainly some of these fighters have been over hyped..and again, tito takes that crown IMO.
