johncods yes.When someone asks that question, it means they are too ****** to go find the answer. This was johncods, right? Tell him the reason why Manny doesn't want to be tested within the two weeks is because:

Notice how Manny doesn't mind the urine testing? He does not want any changes in his blood to show. And that applies to any blood related PED, not just EPO.
This was the quote I had in mind. But why should I bother responding to him? He'll stay a dumbass regardless.
